How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely. Innovist is committed to ethical beauty; all our products are 100% cruelty-free and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
